Hunting Roebuck in Hungary

In his time as a hunter and master butcher, Steve Wild has lost count of the number of fallow and red deer that he's shot, both for deer management and for venison to be sold in his butchers shop. But he's yet to harvest a roe buck. In this week's episode of Realree Global Hunting, Steve's travelled all the way to Hungary to go stalking with the experts at Wonderhart. And no matter how many days of stalking it takes, armed with the Sauer 101, he's determined to tick this one off his life's list!
